SENATE BILL NO. 9 "An Act relating to compulsory school                                                                         
attendance; and relating to the crime of contributing to the delinquency                                                        
of a minor" was read the second time.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated SENATE BILL NO. 9 will advance to third                                                                
reading on the March 28 calendar.
